I only accept Picpay, Paypal and Pix as payment methods.

If the client cancels the comission when the sketch is completed, they will recieve 50% of the payment.

If the client cancels the comission on the coloring stage, the client will recieve 20% of the payment.

If i, the artist, cancel your commission, you will recieve the full payment.

No full refunds once i've started the comission.

LIVE2D Models: Refunds are allowed if the commission has not been initiated. No refunds otherwise. Please be sure of your order.

I don't do deadlines or 'urgency fees'!

Any major changes once the illustration is already in progress (change of pose, clothing) will be charged, please be sure of your order!

Additional charges for detailed characters will be discussed beforehand.

The client and the artist will not share personal information/contact details with others.

Paying the invoice means you agree with my terms of service.
